Hope Russian support will be in the future, not good when u have Russian packages but no support for them, gladly I can understand English but others, not.
The support is very effective, fast and helpful . Simply perfect !

Purchased the celtic design and had a small issue;
The issue I had was that I couldn't modify the animated design even tho their website's help article read "Change Text with Photoshop" (This lead me.... someone who doesn't really do graphic design, to believe I could modify the text in Photoshop) so I purchased the design & a Adobe Cloud subscription to edit what I needed to edit..... but I ran into an issue.
Own3d support was emailed and I came into contact with Marco.
Marco had informed me that the Animated text cannot be modified because "Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit the animated files at this time because we do not provide the animated source files in general." how-ever he had asked what I wanted modified & got done what I needed.
Its not often you find a company online who will own upto a mistake like this.... but they did, Once my channel grows I'll definatly choose Own3d to do a custom design for me.
I'd recommend these guys to anyone & everyone!

Fantastic experience. Delivery was quick and plus my stream loves the emotes and badges!
I highly recommend this Site for those aspiring streamers including me. I got mine and l have a good and smooth overlays for my stream.
